1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using alphora-concierge.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Alphora Concierge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Services
Alphora Concierge offers luxury concierge services, including travel, relocation, and VIP access. All services are subject to availability and the Client’s specific requests.
3. Payment
Services are invoiced as agreed. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest rate.
4. Liability
Alphora acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of third-party providers. Liability is limited to CHF 10,000 per incident, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Confidentiality
We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and GDPR, ensuring the security and anonymity of your data.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Termination is immediate in case of a breach.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with dispute resolution in Lausanne, Switzerland.
